Identifying what is and what is not working in your organization and programs can be a challenge. As an evaluator with over 13 years of experience, I understand the complexities and barriers associated with all parts of the evaluation process; from determining an effective evaluation plan and collecting the “right data” to approaching the evaluation process with an equity focus. I use my training in advanced research and evaluation design to assist clients in collecting and using data to inform organizational planning, process improvement, and organizational and program impact.

The challenge of the present day-to-day tasks can make it difficult to provide a clear plan and vision for the future. That is where I come in. As a strategist, I partner with my clients and their teams to identify effective and appropriate strategic goals and develop a process to monitor and track performance towards those goals.

My goal as a coach is to eventually work myself out of a job. When working with my clients, I provide training and technical assistance to build organizational capacity to allow for my clients and their teams to operate optimally without my support. I do this via custom workshops, multi-day trainings, and coaching.
